Obviously Essential......................from Rico

Here we see an OBVIOUSLY ESSENTIAL Federal Government employee performing the OBVIOUSLY ESSENTIAL task of keeping open-air memorials 'safe' from the public...especially any whom the memorial might honor...and the OBVIOUSLY ESSENTIAL job of keeping National Parks 'free' from the trespassing public...especially any deluded individuals that might falsely 'think' that a National Park actually belongs to them and not the Government.

Just a 'thought' here, but what happens when that obviously misguided 'public' decides that most of what their Government does is really NOT essential and that it's OBVIOUSLY ESSENTIAL to fire this clownshoe-wearing Government and/or toss them into jail and simply start-over without them?
