My answer to that is that a right to feel safe confirms the right to own a gun - because that makes me feel safe.
Of course I just spent a weekend at Boy Scout camp helping kids learn to shoot rifles and shotguns. They thought it was especially neat to load a black powder shotgun and shoot it.
