They taste really, really good. Sometimes, they are a little firm and need a little massage to get them ready.
She's a beauty. I think the fish is a speckled trout, aka speck in the Gulf. Hope the girl is Southern, it's good for our image.
There's at least three fishes on this picture! Keep checking
