China has struggled for five thousand years to feed itself.
- Their standard greeting isn't 'hello' or 'how are you?' but rather 'have you eaten today?'
Unsurprisingly, they have many sayings regarding food.
- 'You can eat anything that walks with its back to the sun.'
- 'When the stew-pot is boiling, the gods sway in delight.'
They eat anything, and everything, so when I ran across this [attached] today, I immediately decided this was indeed a correct analysis of the Bigfoot (or Yeti) legend. Occam's razor applies.
- Were it 'real' and not legend, they certainly WOULD have a dozen (or more) recipes for cooking it.
