If you look at the two attached charts, you'll see that 9 cities 'made' both population loss lists.
Who will be next?

These numbers look wrong. For example chart 2 shows Chicago going from 3.62M to about 900K. Huh? That's a loss of 75%, which would be the record breaker for table 1, where it doesn't even show.
