No bikinis at the Miss World Pageant? Was this a decision based solely on fear?...from TPC

The Miss World Pageant has decided to skip the only part of the event that most viewers tune in to see which is the bikini portion of the program. 

The Pageant organizers say that the decision was made out of respect for the Muslim population of the host country Indonesia. 

In reality, however, was this decision actually made out of fear?
