This would be easy to deal with if there were any pols in Europe with a spine. Simple prohibit the return of anyone going to any part of the Middle East where there is fighting going on (all of it) unless they have proof they were there only to help little old ladies across the streets.
Surely the Dutch are not so stupid as to let them back in.
