Lamb Burgers.....................from Rico

No, the Lamb Burgers was not a typo or a fat-finger - I meant it.

It's cold and raining today, and humans being somewhat perverse, of course I was in the mood to grill outside...perhaps a hamburger or two? - Lucky for me, the dog is smarter than I am and refuses to go outside in the rain. Period. No discussion.

Unreconstructed carnivore that I am, I DID have some ground lamb and a George Forman grill to use inside.

- Who says you can't just make this stuff up? Voila! Lamb Burgers!

Step one - Share some of the ground lamb with the dog, as a 'thank you' for keeping me out of the rain to do this.

Step two - Mix lamb with rosemary and finely chopped onion, then wrap in bacon.

Step three - Cook.

Step four - Eat (Chipotle Tabasco goes well with this slightly sweet meat, as does a Pilsner Urquell).
