I was at a party last night that included a number of Argentineans, who were full of having the new Pope. One said “Now we have the best beef in the world, the best footballers in the world, the most beautiful women in the world, & now we have the Pope too!” Putting aside my doubts over the ‘beautiful women’ part, I said “well, there’s one thing you don’t have” – what?, was the indignant response, to which I replied “The Falklands”. It all went quiet…
