I think if you can get a job offer from an American company I think that's all that is needed to get a Visa.
Or change your name to Theo Chispa, go to Mexico on vacation and come in to the US through an illegal border crossing like everyone else :)
Marry an American.

find a job here, and then persue the resident Alien Workers Visa. I caqn't go into much more detail then that, but I know a fellow who just immigrated here from somewhere in the UK. He had possible jobs in Las Vegas and here in Texas. He took the Texas job. One of our Chemists is from China and he got a student Visa then changed it to Worker (and got a bit panicky when there was some holdup).
Well, one way is to fly to Mexico, then walk north. It seems to have worked for millions of Mexicans and Central Americans.

Here's the serious one. First, is there a reason why the normal way of applying for a visa isn't working?
Canada might be a better choice these days. At least we have a majority conservative government and a less treacherous economy.
