While indeed deep-thinking enough to have come from America's Left Coast, some argue that as 'gun free' Chicago passes 500 murders before year end their fellow gun-grabber and current Mayor of Chicago Rahm "the Godfather" Emmanuel may also have contributed to this effort.
Yes, gun safety IS important....especially if you do not have your own armed security detail to protect you (like the Ambo in Benghazi or the average citizen in South Chicago, for example).
