This is all one big, funny, joke on Americans to fellow Communists Barry (whatever-his-real-name-is), Valerie (Jarret) and David (Axelrod).
Sure he 'cares' about the Middle Class.
- Like the kulaks of Stalin's era, he 'cares' to get rid of them.
So, ignoring what he 'says' and paying attention to what he 'does' it's easy to see that productive work is punished most severely, and sitting upon your ass with your hand outstretched (freeloading) is rewarded most generously.
