Most law enforcement officers know from hard experience that as the size of a mob increases, the lower the collective IQ of that mob gets.
Taxpayers know from bitter experience that the more Congressmen that come up with an 'idea' to help us, the less likely it is to be a 'good idea' that 'helps' anybody.
I call this phenomenon "Kollective Stupidity."
Attached is another example of it, and why things are not going to get better in the financial world unless the system is flushed and rebuilt.
