While OWS never did have any valid points to make or an articulated goal, in the case of Goldman Sachs and Dragon Systems the Wall Street banker showed wanton disregard for the well-being of its client and instead was much more interested in the $5 million fee it was paid.
The result was $580 million turned into $0 and drawn out litigation.
