Meanwhile, on planet reality today -
- Corporate earnings and margins have rolled-over
- US States and cities, and EUropean countries are filing for default or demanding bailouts
- "Hopes" for more Central Bank easing are presented as GOOD news

Don't reach for the celebratory bottle of Bollinger's just yet. The housing market is a far cry from being "all better"...take a look at the charts.
