Apparently controlling the amount of sugary drinks, transfat consumption and maybe at some point even alcohol that the citizens of New York City consume wasn't enough for Nanny, aka Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
Now it seems that City Hall may want to push new mothers away from formula and into breastfeeding!

I'm with the Mayor on this one. Any policy that will tend to increase the number of publicly-exposed breasts of women in their child-bearing years is good.
