Super Typhoon Guchol is forecast to pass over Fukushima!

A 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck Japan about 75 miles from Fukushima on Sunday. Do we have anything to worry about or is the nuclear power plant including Reactor 4 battened down? Should we be more concerned taking a train in the Tokyo subway system? So many questions, so few answers.
