Is all photo ID not created equal?


While there is nothing wrong with requiring photo ID for getting up close and personal to the First Lady Michelle Obama at her upcoming book signing, along those same lines why is there anything wrong with requiring photo ID for an even greater privilege, that of voting in U.S. elections?
