The wrong kind of FORWARD..................from Rico

I held this back, not wanting to spoil anyone's "Drinko de Mayo" festivities.
- Now, here goes.....

Apart from the historic use of "forward" by Communists since Lenin, and the implicit message coveyed by it's current use as a re-election campaign slogan by a certain Marxist-Muslim-Metrosexual illegal alien, one needs to seriously look at the question that is begged: forward to what?

A national GDP that is sinking, and looks to drop even further in future (along with the purchasing power of the Dollar) is not a good kind of forward.
- Neither is future rising inflation and unemployment caused by intentional and witting implementation of failed central economic planning policies a good kind of forward. More of the same of what has demonstrably not worked so far, isn't going to work any better.

So, FORWARD to where?
- Consider that the BLS 'officially' calls unemployment 8.1% while John Williams of ShadowStats identifies real unemployment over 22%.
- Also consider that 'officially' we're within the FED's comfort zone of 2% inflation (clearly no one outside the beltway bubble ever goes to the grocery store or pumps their own gas), while real inflation is currently over 10% and many expect we'll see it hit 14% yet this year, with 25% forecast for next year.

Draw your own conclusions about the obvious gap between 'official' fantasy and hard reality, but understand that FORWARD over a cliff or FORWARD into a big manure pile is not a good king of forward.
