The PM of Spain Mariano Rajoy told his Senate today that EVERYONE in Spain (banks, corporations, regional governments) had been locked out of credit markets.
What does it tell you when the leader of a country goes 'public' with something like this?
Certainly NOT good news for the 25% unemployed Spaniards.

Suggest they change the sign to read "Oficina de desempleo."
how about "Oficina de Verde"?
or maybe "Oficina de Obama", since we're headed there next....
