Joe "plugs" Biden had long been considered the dumbest person in Congress (no small feat, considering the competition) before being elevated to VP...making him the dumbest person to ever be a heartbeat away from the Presidency.
If you have ANY doubt, consider his recent praise of the clownish buffoon Sen Al Franken as a leading legal scholar.
- That stint on SNL must be what gives Al that 'edge' Biden so admires.
