[Imagine you are an egomaniacal Jewish pundit who’s filled with himself, and you’ve been made a public fool by an Israel that has ignored your advice and defied your prognostications - and is immeasurably better off for doing so. Wouldn’t you lash out at the object of your anger and frustration and, out of desperation, recommend that Israel should be punished by fellow Jews? Well, there’s good news brothers and sisters. As Caroline Glick below implies, Israel is moving toward greater strength and independence, and as it does, the “daylight" between Israel and the Jewish-American left is going to grow and their the angst is going to get much worse.
