Few Americans Sense Widespread Afghan Support for U.S. Mission in That Country, a Perception That Bolsters Public Demands for Cut-and-Run From the Deployment

I'm hearing different reports on the arrest of a U.S. Army sergeant accused of killing at least 16 civilians.

I'll have more in an update. Meanwhile, a majority of Americans want to pull out U.S. troops from Afghanistan even if the Afghan army is not ready to fight.
