These five napkin sketches contain perhaps the best financial advice I have ever seen, and while some may intuitively understand these concepts these 'pictures' say far more than most of us have ever heard expressed in words.
GREAT stuff to ponder [think about] heading into the new year....
- Buying things you cannot afford and expecting 'someone else' to foot the bill doesn't work.
- It's nice to have goals & dreams, but you have to be able to pay for them to make them a reality.
- You should 'focus' on (a) things that you can control, and (b) things that matter.
- Money is like a three-legged stool. If one (or more) of these legs is 'missing' you'll be sitting on your butt on the floor.
- Choose carefully between 'knowledge' and 'feelings' when dealing with money.
