when your dept. of defense gets done cutting the hearts out of the british defense establishment, what are the guards going to do for a band?
i hope it will be something traditional like a naked lady cellist, instead of something like an organ grinder and a monkey with a cup ... though, the bureaucrats will be interested in the revenue that latter can garner.
i don't suppose it has occurred to the bureaucrats to cut their positions, and leave the military intact, has it?
