"Rigging" the markets................from Rico

Market manipulation, otherwise called "rigging" the markets.

Certainly NOT possible in a "free market" economy, when the government enforces and protects the "rule of law" ...right?
- Well when the TBTF Banksters, the FED, and Government are run like a criminal syndicate it not only can happen, but it is happening right now.

JP Morgan Chase has used 'spoof' and 'fake' trades to manipulate precious metal spot prices downward in advance of options expiry dates, and like yesterday in advance of the Kenyan's teleprompter reading and the current FOMC 2-day meeting (where they are trying to make it look as if they are 'doing something' despite already having decided what to do/not do over a month ago...this is pure Kabuki theater for the ignoranuses).

The openly fraudulent activity came right on schedule yesterday in the access markets, just in 'time' to spare our favorite Central Banker and jug-ears any embarassment lest anyone look away from Prancing With The Stars and notice the ongoing repudiation of prettily-engraved Benny-confetti and the embrace of that other stuff that's NOT money!
- It's especially sweet when JP M-C holds "put" options that become more valuable as the price of physical metal is driven down.

The names and identities of participants in this ongoing fraud, with specific dates and actions can be found at GATA (the Gold Anti-trust Action site)

It did, however, provide some much-needed comic relief from the latest "Plan" to save his job by raising taxes by $1,500,000,000,000...by plumbing new depths of mendacity and illustrating how "I'm from the government, and I'm here to help" really works.
