We've ALL heard the expression "I can quit anytime I want" in any number of scenarios, from any number of troubled people.
- Quit smoking.
- Quit drinking.
- Quit spending.
Yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiight. We'll never hear "quit spending" from our 'professional politicians"...or quit borrowing in order to keep spending, to be precise.
- It's NOT gonna happen. Not voluntarily.
