L.A. County Supervisor: Sexual Violence Against Agency Executive?

Professor Glenn Reynolds calls for a civil rights investigation: "THREATS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE FROM A DEMOCRATIC OFFICEHOLDER IN LOS ANGELES":
