Amazing: evidently the truck did not even stop. Unsure where this occurred but it seems to indicate a lack of concern on the part of the truck driver for what anyone would recognize as a significant accident. Wherever this was (my guess: China), it makes one wonder how much regard individuals in that society have for others' well-being.
