I ran the numbers on the 6 billion cut against the 3.8 trillion spending spree. 6 billion comes out to 1578 ten thousandths of a per cent. Concerning this cut does not cover any of the SOCIAL programs that NEED TO BE CUT OR ELIMINATED from the face of the universe. So, why did they bother at all?
