Great film but over here in the UK the powers that be wont allow them to be used.
Same here in the Netherlands. They're classed as motorcycles by DoT (or our equivalent) and (of course) don't conform to the requirements for motorcycles (nor would using them as a motorcycle be much good, as those aren't allowed in pedestrian areas etc.).
There's been promises from the department to "review" their status, but those were made years ago and nothing has ever been done.
Right now, the only people using them are excempt from motorvehicle registration, like companies using them on private property, and police using them in violation of the very laws they're required to enforce.
