This pretty much sums up our 111th Congress.
Yup! The one that made incandescent light bulbs illegal, growing your own food and/or sharing it illegal, and blah-blah-blah
....but somehow just could not find the time to pass a budget for 2010!
- Dropping the ball one last time (sniff!).

I'm sure NOT going to miss them!
