Great shot - but what made me really smile is the the US Navy really have a non-commissioned rank of "Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class"

The old Journalist (JO) rating got morphed. Most of the consolidations and changes in the enlisted job categories were a bad idea but this one may be OK. My biggest concern with the new MC rate is that it folds the old Photographers Mate and Lithogrophers in with the Journalists. The Photographers were created to work with the Intelligence Specialists and be part of the Top Secret community working with a separate Restricted Line Intelligence Officer community and Naval Aviators. Their public relations duties were a collateral effort and not their primary reason for existing. The Lithographers were a small specialized community, like many of the specialized craftsmen such as Molders and Patternmakers, that the Navy no longer supports.
The worst change may have been the disestablishment of the Signalman. Folding them into the Quartermasters makes no sense at all.
