hahahahaha!!! that's from my hometown I think, Calgary Alberta! I heard about that just yesterday.

This actually happened a few weeks ago in downtown Vancouver BC.The contractor was from Surrey (a suburb of Vancouver); the Worker's Compensation Board (Worksafe BC) and the City of Vancouver are investigating these contractors!
I walk there every day. WTF! I could have been walking past.
OMG! That was only 2000 miles from my cojones!
It's obvious that this colud happen. The 2 streets must be closed.
