I've been telling everybody I know jut this when the spill comes up. If we do NOTHING, this well will stop and the ocean will clean itself up in a decade or 3. OTOH, the financial mess require a generation or 3 to fix itself...and that's if we could get our politicians minds right which is bloody unlikely.
