We are today witnessing the death of middle-class retirement.
One-of-three Americans have NO savings or retirement account.
Of those Americans actually having a retirement account, half have $2,000 or LESS in it.
The Social Security ponzi-scam, which was originally intended to keep you from starving or being 'completely' broke in retirement, still isn't "living large" and doesn't do much more than intended today....yet one-in-four Americans will completely depend upon Social Security for retirement income.
It will not be pretty.
Retirement? Better row harder galley-slaves!

Rico, I normally like your posts, but this one is not supported. Why? I cashed my personal retirement fund earlier this year(which was no retirement fund, but with 5k puts me above the 2k average) I would really like to know where you got these numbers. (so I don't feel like a heel)
