We're not THAT bad. Well, not all the time. Most don't think of Iceland as part of europe... It's not that we hold either in low regard, it's that we don't really know or care. Unless there's an eruption. Or hot chicks. Or an eruption of hot chicks.
As for Monaco, there are only two reasons Americans know it exists: Grace & Kelly
Spaced-out gratuitous sex is way more awesome then shooting people, but i understand that weighting 200kg and sweating lard has detrimental effects on your appreciation of a good primal session.
