She is...
She's a Comedienne...
I saw her do a routine on YouTube besides this one where she was talking about starting out and her "shots" (professional pictures) in different roles.
She had one she was making fun of that she specifically asked them to make where she dressed as a "Crackhead" because she was thinking they would be looking for a role like that on one of the shows like CSI, etc...
She said they removed the studio's logo from that photo...

Asked one or two American contacts about this, and apparently the woman is a comedienne, thus, the video itself may well need to be taken with an awfully large pinch of salt.
She is good. That mind set is maddening, however, her caricature of it is hilarious.
