The Volker Rule, aka the euthanasia principle to some, is HATED by Banks. It is simple and easily enforced...that is why Banks hate it.

As long as Congress is in-the-pocket of the Banks [read: their lobbyists] it will never be passed.

Glass-Steagall worked for 70 years. This would, too.
