Dumbest pilot ever. Look at the water spray from the floats he is not taking off into the wind, But toward the camera. Great video of how not to take off.
Btw, Lake Hood is here in Anchorage, Alaska. It's the busiest floatplane airport in the world (reputedly) with 200 takeoffs & landings per day.
