What is a 'sustainable recovery' to be built upon?
- Private money/banks are NOT making mortgage loans...only loans guaranteed by the USG (that's you and me, fellow taxpayers).
- Banlks are not lending their own money to anyone. Not even other banks. They only lend "guaranteed" money (yeah...you guessed it, underwritten by the taxpayer).
- There are fewer jobs. For some, no jobs...ever again.

You wanted 'change'?
- Things will never be the same again.
