It is really nice to have deer around where you live like that but it is not a good idea to feed them. You can still bring them around by putting out a mineral lick for them. That way they will not become dependant on you for food when times get really bad for they will know how to look after themselves. It is amazing how fast the will become accustom to being fed and stop their normal browsing and grazing.
