In the early hours of Friday 15 Jan 2010, IDF crew loaded an El Al cargo plane with supplies and equipment for the aid mission to Haiti. The IDF delegation is setting up the largest field hospital in Port-au-Prince in order to provide disaster relief. The delegation consists of 220 Home Front Command search and rescue teams and Medical Corps medical teams personnel, and will be able to treat up to 500 patients a day.
