You can tell because aircraft have wings and that thing aint got no wings.

Nope aircraft tires are traight grooved..

Possibly. But the tread pattern is almost like the Tundra Tires used in Alaska and the Canada's Yukon, NW Territories and Nunavut. But they could be implement flotation tires.
