Citi raises credit card rates 26%, gets a load of bailout money (our tax dollars), then promises to pay it back in exchange for a $38 billion tax break in a 'deal' with the IRS. [Inflating their capital just in time for BONUS season!]
HUZZAH! All hail Obama-Soetero! Three cheers for TurboTax Timmy! Yay!
