No one was born in Palestine. There has never in the history of the middle east been a country called Palestine. There has never been a Palestinian prime minister, president, King, or pubah. There are no Palestinian embassies anywhere on earth; Palestinian is not an ethnicity or nationality any more than Londoner is distinct from English.
