In the relentless attempts to deform medical care in the USA, "reformers" can yak endlessly and argue about the minutiae of single payer, public options, choice and all the rest but the fact remains that once passed, the Barackocare socialists will be able to tweak and change the program at will.

Endless changes will be made until the U.S. medical system is destroyed and made into the failed European model. Yes, the death panels remain in the bill and tort reform will never be there. They just want to pass it into law and the ruling class will then take care of you, but not in a way you will approve.

If these characters get their way, you won't recognize America in ten years, maybe less.
