Let us hope that Civil and Criminal penalties follow.
Unfortunately given that the Obama administration has taken the brakes off the perversion of justice in the United States, as in the dropping of charges in the New Black Panthers case and the theft of GM and Chrysler, we can expect more deceptive assaults from the left.
Agreed. Both civil and criminal charges are applicable; however, Obama's AG cockHolder would just have criminal charges dismissed, and civil charges would easily be shunted to sympathetic courts where they would be dismissed as 'no actual damages occurred' (only because it was caught in time).
We are witnessing fundamental changes in the course of this nation as set out by the founders. The tree of liberty is getting hungry!
