That's mild compared to the old "inside the fence-line" approach we used to have to do to land in Gitmo. The Cubans relaxed the fence-line requirement though and it's no longer done.
I've made that landing in Hong Kong.You can almost take down the laundry as you come in over the roof tops.It's as close as it looks.
