I was in the supermarket near the big display of flowers and greenery when a section of it moved and yup,it was a bloke in camouflage. He was using the patterns of reeds - brown and green - as he'd just been out on the fen. It was obviously his work gear rather than a fashion statement.
This made me wonder - if you wanted to hide in any other aisle you would use bread-camouflage in the bakery, coloured labels in the tinned and dried goods, and mostly yellow and white in the dairy section. There isn't one supermarket camouflage which would do for all sections.
As to why you'd want to go invisible in a supermarket...
